The ProSafe load securing net secures your valuable freight and is especially ideal for hard to secure, irregular or even loads. Thanks to the ProSafe System, the net can be hooked onto the ProSafe interfaces of the Sortimo SR4 and Globelyst4 van racking systems, to ProSafe lashing rails, to the SoboGrip ProSafe floor or even to the vehicle's original lashing points.
The net is extremely sturdy, tear-resistant and is made from high-quality materials, ensuring a very long service life. The mesh size is approx. 100 mm with a strap width of 25 mm. There are two lashing straps with a clamp buckle on the net.
The quality and functionality of the load securing net have been tested and certified by Dekra in compliance with regulation VDI 2700 sheet 3.3. The load capacity of up to 400 daN has been checked by Dekra as part of the certification. You can therefore rely on being able to use the ProSafe load securing net for a long time to come. And what is more, thanks to the flexibility of the ProSafe system you also save a lot of time when securing your load.
The integrated load securing system ProSafe enables quick and simple lashing. The intelligent system which is integrated in the van racking system provides for efficient operational management and safety. ProSafe load securing elements are contained in both the uprights of the racking modules as well as in the cross members, and the floor and wall cladding, which means that lashing is carried out in no time and in a particularly worker friendly way.
