Sortimo BOXX: New mobile transport solution expands the Sortimo EcoSystem

The new Sortimo BOXX combines transport, organisation and vehicle fittings in a flexible system. Drawer units, tool and small parts organisers can be integrated into the vehicle, removed as required and used directly at the job site. Compatibility with the Sortimo Grid, the L-BOXX and the Sortimo Rail System (SRS) integrates the new product family into existing Sortimo solutions. The first drawer units can be configured with immediate effect and will be available from February 2027. 

Greater flexibility for trades and service providers: The Sortimo BOXX supports a structured way of working both in the vehicle and at the respective job site. The necessary tools and equipment can be transported in an organised manner and are available exactly where they are needed. When changing vehicles, the system can be transferred to the new vehicle, which increases flexibility and enables long-term use regardless of the vehicle used.  

Compact, lightweight and versatile 

The new drawer units are mounted on the pull-out rails of the shelving and can be completely removed for use on site. This ensures that tools, small parts and consumables remain neatly organised from the vehicle right through to the workplace. At the same time, the organisers offer a lightweight and cost-effective alternative to permanently fitted drawers: each drawer organiser saves around 5.5 kilograms in weight. Should you change vehicles, the equipment can be reused. 

Sortimo EcoSystem: A system for the entire mobile working day 

With the Sortimo BOXX, Sortimo is further developing its EcoSystem beyond the vehicle itself. It complements the existing L-BOXX system and links organisation within the vehicle with transport and use at the job site. In future, further solutions such as exoskeletons, transport trolleys and the ProLift will support this approach and, in particular, make the physically demanding transport of tools and materials easier.
