I. Scope of application

The conditions of participation apply exclusively to the Easter competition in April 2021.

Organiser of this competition: Sortimo International Ltd, 11 - 17 Ravenhurst Court, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, GB - WA3 6PN (hereinafter: "Sortimo"). By participating in this competition, each participant accepts the conditions of participation set out here.

II. participation

1. Only persons over the age of 18 who are resident in Germany are entitled to participate. Employees of Sortimo and of companies co-operating with Sortimo are not eligible to take part in the competition.

2. Participation in the competition: Anyone who has guessed the correct number of chocolate eggs in the ProClick tool bag can win. The winner will receive a ProClick starter set size M.

3. closing date: 04.04.2021, 23:59 pm.

III. procedure and prize

1. the winner will be determined by drawing lots among those who have guessed the correct number of chocolate eggs. If no one has made the correct guess, the winner will be the person who came closest to the correct result.

2. Cash payment of the prize is not possible.

3. only one prize is possible for each participant.

4. the winner will be informed of the prize in a private message by e-mail no later than three days after the closing date. The winner must get back to us within one week at the latest. If this deadline is not met, there will be no claim to a prize and a new winner will be determined.

5. the following prize is fixed: a ProClick Starter Set M will be raffled.

IV. Premature termination, exclusion

Sortimo reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the prize campaign at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if a proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons. In such a case the participants shall not be entitled to any claims against Sortimo.

Sortimo reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition. This applies in particular in the case of violations of the conditions of participation, or if participants use manipulation or other dishonest means. Sortimo is also entitled to subsequently declare such exclusion, to withdraw prizes and to reclaim them.

V. Miscellaneous

1. legal recourse is excluded.

2. should any of these conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected by this.

3. these conditions of participation can be changed by Sortimo at any time without separate notification.
 

4. the contact person and person responsible is Sortimo as the organiser.

Data protection

During the competition period it is necessary for Sortimo to store the e-mail addresses and names of the participants in order to draw the winners and send them the prizes. The data will only be processed by Sortimo and will not be passed on to third parties. If data is to be deleted during the competition period, this must be communicated by email to datenschutz@sortimo.de. Sortimo will then delete this data immediately. If data is deleted before the end of the competition it will no longer be possible for the person concerned to participate. Each participant agrees to this procedure by taking part.
